I am 72. I recently (within the week) increased the Effexor dose from 182.5 mg to 220 mg. I am now experiencing an overactive bladder. I have had stress incontinence for a long time, but now I am not making it to the toilet before I leak I have made no other med changes (I take Metoprolol and losartin).
