Does Estradiol Cause Bruising Of The Skin?

Can Estradiol medication cause bruising of the skin? Within the last 2 years, my skin bruises easily. I have eliminated other medications that I thought could have caused it. This is the last medication on my list. I have been on this particular oral medication for four years.
