Does Estrosense Decrease The Effectiveness Of Depo Shot?

I m on the Depo shot and have been for about 4 years, but in the last couple years my acne has been unbearable. I ve been to a dermatologist but the creams don t help so I was wondering if Estro Sense would be safe to take & if it would effect or counteract the shot from working.
