Hello,

Exemestane is a brand name of Aromatase inhibitor drug. It won’t cause any hand or foot pain. The pain you are experiencing may be due to something else and has to be evaluated. It may be due to arthritis or neuropathic pain which is quite common in your age group. As of now you can take analgesics like Gabapentin for pain. If pain persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
