Does Fefolvit Cause Nausea And Dark Stool?
OI am having the problem of hairfall since last 2 years..I am 24 ..Its been five days that I have started using fefolvit ..but every day I passed dark stool n feeling nosea so what would u suggest that should I continue taking it or suggest me any other multi vitamin that can reduce my hairfall

Yes, these side effects can occur with Fefolvit. Fefolvit is a combination of iron salt and folic acid commonly prescribed to prevent or treat anemia due to iron and folic acid deficiency.
Dark stool is an important but a harmless side effect the occurs due to presence of unabsorbed iron salts. However nausea can be prevented by taking this medicine after meals. Continue taking it as prescribed
