Does Fentanyl Cause Cardiac Arrest In A Person?
My 24yr old son went into cardiac arrest and died last july, they found oxycodone, morphine & fentanyl in his system..highest amt was fentanyl. Does that drug cause a lot of heart attacks? I was told it may have been the cause, but his autopsy was compromised with another pt. so I never will know for sure...

morphine n fentanyl does not cause caridac arrest... the cause respiratory depression on the high dose
