General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Joint or muscle pain can be due to different possible causes such as : (a) autoimmune disease such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc
(b) osteoarthritis due to wear and tear of the joints
(c)blood related conditions such as sickle cell disease

You may want to consider seeing a rheumatologist (a doctor who specializes in diseases of the muscles and joints ) to determine the cause.
This would require examination , blood tests and imaging.

I hope this helps
