Does Fixcom Cause Dizziness And Numbness In The Body?

Hi doc iam currently takinng fixcom 3 after 2 months of fixcom 4. I had lung xray after finishing fixcom 4 for two months. My x ray showed that my lungs already is clear. Using the causes numbness and dizziness when i stand from sitting. Am not sure though if thats the cause but can i stop the drug my doctor says treating ptb is 6 months. I have still 3 months to go as if icant stand it anymore. Iam glad if you can the bets i could do. Thank you.

I can understand your concern.
No, you should not stop anti tubercular drugs without completing its course of 6 months.
So continue with fixcom 3 for 3 months.
Dizziness and numbness are mostly due to isoniazid induced neuropathy.
Isoniazid (anti tubercular drug) causes pyridoxine deficiency. And this in turn causes numbness and weakness.
So start pyridoxine supplements twice daily.
Also drink plenty of water.
Don't worry, you will be alright but don't stop fixcom 3.
