Does Flomax Cause Anal Leakage?

I started taking flomax (tamsulosin 0.4mg) about 50-55 days ago. I am now experiencing leaking of fluid out of my butt...soiling my underwear. Is this a potential side effect? I am going to stop taking this drug to see if this stops...i sure hope so! This side efect is worse than the original problem (frequent urnination).

Tamsulosin is generally prescribed for prostate related problems. It doesn’t cause discharge per anally. It might be some thing else unrelated to Tamsulosin. You can consult a general surgeon and get evaluated for anal discharge, it could be due to piles. You can stop the Tamsulosin and check whether the symptoms persist or not.
