Does FluMist Vaccine Cause Low Grade Fever And Diarrhea?

My question is..my son just received the FluMist vaccine last week and after 2 days of receiving it he developed a runny nose and cough with low grade fever. These symptoms have disappeared but now he has developed diarrhea and has had it for 4 days. Is this common as a side effect to the vaccine?

In children, side effects after FluMist vaccine can include runny nose, headache, wheezing, vomiting, muscle aches, and fever. Diarrhea in your child seems not related to FluMist vaccine , it is not in list of common side effects after FluMist vaccine.
