HELLO DEAR THANX FOR USING HCM
GLUCON D is glucose powder , simple form of carbohydrates which will give instant energy and calories to the body. Its not advisable to have glucon d after work out as your working to burn calories and extra fat stored, but inturn with glucose water your gaining back much more calories.
After work out wait for 15 -20 minutes then you can have plain drinking water to cover up water loss in the form of sweat to avoid dehydration.
