Hi, I am 30 years old, and weigh around 94 kilos standing 5 11 tall. I am trying to lose weight and am doing a mix of weight training and cardio 6 days a week, one hour everyday. My question is, is it all right to consume a glass of glucon d, 4 teaspoons, everyday between workouts? I get tired after 39 mins and having glucon d in the middle of workouts is giving me good resukts in the second half of workout. I am not diabetic. But i want to make sure having glucon d everyday in the above mentioned quantity doesnot cause diabetes or doesnot add to calories during workout
