Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Glutathione is involved in many processes in the body, which includes tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and for the immune system. Glutathione is possibly safe for most adults when taken by mouth. It is not known to cause delay in menstrual periods. Since you have associated symptoms like passing of clots along with delay in getting periods, I would rather suggest you to consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
