Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.

you didnt mention if you are a female or a male in your question makes a big difference. Lets assume you are a male, various factors control the height of the individual most important is genes, how tall you parents are. the way we get taller there is part of the long bones that is called the epiphysis which makes new bone and under the hormonal changes of puberty its active until it closes and after that no more growth.

For males this might last up to 18years plus couple of months maybe, so you might still have some window to grow, i looked up the medicine you mentioned, you can try it but ofcourse under medical supervision, they claim its natural but you never know, the idea is that you need to stimulate your growth hormones in order to gain some more cm's.

Visit an endocrinologist he or she might be able to prescribe proper medication for your case, if its still not too late, they might ask for an Xray for determination of Epiphyseal plate status.

Best,
Dr. Ahmad

Hello dear,

First of all, please do not get influenced by any advertisement or health product which claim to boost your growth hormone & increase height...it may be harmful.

Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain)
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 17-21 yrs in males.

So...as you are 15 years old now, there is good chance of further increase in height.
An X ray for bone age determination can be taken to look for the fusion of epiphyses.

Make sure that you are taking a healthy & balanced diet, exercise regularly & avoid stress.
Protein rich diet like soya, groundnut, pulses, etc should be incorporated in your diet plan.

Wishing you Good Health.
Take care.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Final height is primarily genetically determined.

At the end of long bones there is an area called the epiphyseal plate. It is involved in the addition of bone that causes increase in length and height.
At the end of adolescence this area changes so that it no longer adds new bone and no further increase in height occurs.

It is quite possible that you may have reached this stage. If this is so, there is no product that will reverse this. It may result in a change in posture so that there is the appearance of increased height but will not, unfortunately cause any actual growth.

I hope this helps
