Does Hydrocodone And Xanax Withdrawal Lead To Lightheadedness?

I have been on .5mg xanax and 5-325 hydrocodone for about 3 weeks, two doses a day. I have been off for about 5 days and am extremely light headed. I am not sure if it is related or not, but i have a single xanax left. Should i take it and get some sleep and talk to my doctor tomorrow about tapering off or could it be unsafe to take because the lightheadedness could be related to low blood pressure? I am also on levothyroxine for underactive thyroid.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear- thanks for using our service. The use of xanax and hydrocodone were for a short period of time so it should not be the reason of your complaints. I would recommend to have a complete blood test and physical examination. Hypotension can give these symptoms too. Uncontrolled hypothyroidism might be the reason for your lightheadedness, so it is important to check the TSH levels too.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
