Both the drugs you are taking causes lowering of blood pressure, which can cause lightheadedness, headache, fainting and exhausted feeling. So you should stop hydroxyzine.
For sleep induction you can try non pharmacological measures like meditation, deep breathing, reading book at night etc... Medications are avoided as far as sleeping problems are concerned.
Still if you need you can use Alprazolam 0.5 mg at night, which also should not be used regularly.
