Does Hydroxyzine Cause Severe Fatigue?

Just started hydroxyzine. 50 mg.. taken it for 2 nights. mainly to help me sleep. I sleep about 4-5 hrs a night of total interrupted sleep. I think i m sleeping better but am totally exhausted well into the day. I also take beta blockers and have slow heart rate. it is probably around 50 as I this

Both the drugs you are taking causes lowering of blood pressure, which can cause lightheadedness, headache, fainting and exhausted feeling.
So you should stop hydroxyzine.

For sleep induction you can try non pharmacological measures like meditation, deep breathing, reading book at night etc... Medications are avoided as far as sleeping problems are concerned.

Still if you need you can use Alprazolam 0.5 mg at night, which also should not be used regularly.
