hi welcome to hcm.not always but you should concern doc on every trimester so you not suffer from any problem.there are 50 -50 chance that child get it from mother.

Hypothyroid may have problem for getting pregnancy.
But as thyroid is controlled chances of having pregnancy increases.
You do not worry you will become pregnant.
