Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Post coital pills are highly effective when taken within 72 hour of unprotected sex. So she is less likely to be pregnant. But I would suggest her to go for urine pregnancy test after week of her missed period and with morning sample as it is found to be more sensitive.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
