Does I-pill Intake Postpone Ovulation?

I had an ipill two days before ovulation that is on 28th of December my ovulation was on 30th of December. Again i took ipill on 30th December. Is my ovulation postponed? I am having alot of low abdominal pain and thick white discharge since 4th January. How many days does ovulation postpone if i take ipill?
