Does IBS Cause Acid Reflux And Dry Heaving?

I ve always had a slow digestive system. I suspect I have IBS. I recently started having heartburn fairly often. Then I had trouble swallowing and in the past couple of weeks have had an instance of dry heaving and another instance of vomiting yesterday. I don t feel nauseated, just begin retching. Don t know if any of these are related or not or if I need to seek treatment. Thank you.
