Does Ibuprofen Lower The Efficacy Of Aftera?

Hi, I had unprotected sex this past week. My boyfriend says he did not cum inside me, but did on the clitoral area. I was nervous about this and bought Aftera two days later. It has been about three days since I took it, but I had a panic attack the following night after taking Aftera. My blood pressure was high and I had a headache. I took a half a blood pressure pill and two ibuprofen. Do you think this would have limited Aftera’s efficiency? I’ve had some cramping like I’m about to start my menstrual cycle. Do you think risk of pregnancy is high?

Dear nothing to worry, there is no much interaction noted with oral pills.
Anti epileptic drugs,few anti-fungal, anti tubercular drugs and a few antibiotics may interact with emergency pills.
