Does Implanon Cause Dizziness, Fatigue And Constipation?

Hi, I’m on the Implanon and have just had a UTI. Although I’ve been having symptoms I would consider as pregnancy symptoms. Larger breasts, dry nipples, dizziness, fatigue, constipation and just today some light spotting (after not having my period from the four months of having the Implanon). Are these normal side affects of the rod or could I be pregnant. And if so how far into a pregnancy can termination be an option.

Implanon is a very effective contraceptional method, and it's failure rate is only 05%, very low. It's side effect on human body such as irregular bleeding or spots, emotional ability, abdominal pain, not surely determined these symptoms are caused from implanon.
However you may have a pregnancy test to be sure the conception has not happened right before the Implanon.
