Does Invokana allows you to loose weight and will I suffer from hair loss? I take several other medications and only today this medication was prescribe for me, so I m curious, I m on metformin as well 2000mg daily I have already loss some weight, and I ve had hair loss from my blood pressure medication so I m curious about this too,.

Hello.Yes it does!Invokana aids in weight loss.Sometimes hair loss is associated with Weight loss.100 hair loss per day is absolutely normal.So if you feel you are loosing more and if you are worried for your hair loss.I would like to suggest you to start consuming protein shakes with lot of dietry proteins and also food that has Estrogen in it like Soya.Protein intake will help you regain your lost weight and it will surely help you with your hair loss fight and there is no need to stop Invokana as it is wondeful antidiabetic drug and also also controlls the cholestrol level in the body.
