Does Kalms Interact With Warfarin?
I have recently come off Citalopram after taking it for 6 years. I asked the Dr about it first and he advised to reduce dose gradually, which I have done over a 6-week period, from 20mg to 10mg to 5mg to zero. I also takw Warfarin 3mg 6days 4mg 1 day per week. I think my problem is anxiety rather than clinical depression. I have recently been using Kalms, which contain valerian. Does this interact with warfarin, and if so canyou tell me of any other tretament for occassional anxiety which doesn t react with Warfarin? Thanks.

Valerian is herbal medicine made from valerian roots.
It is usually not having any interactions with warfarin.
So you can take valerian tablet with warfarin without any fear.
If this doesn't improve your anxiety then try flunarizine and propranolol combination.
