my husband is under a lot of stress with work and his elderly parents. He wakes up with anxiety and goes to be with it. His anxiety is far from mild. The littlest thing sets him off. it's like walking on eggshells when you're around him.
He does have a mild case of depression also.
He went to see a doctor and they prescribed klonopin with Zoloft.
I'm reading about klonopin right now and it doesn't indicate at all that this drug treats anxiety. if anything, it may cause it.
