Does Krimson 35 Taken For Treatment Of PCOD Cause Weight Gain?

Hii I m 20 years old and suffering from pcod . Recently when i went for a checkup the doctor suggested me krimson 35 . Does it causes weight gain???? My recent weight is 76kg and doctor has suggested me to do dieting. Also there is continous hairfall . So my que is should i use krimson 35 ?? Should i do dieting ?? Please help me with this
