Does L-Carnosine 250mg Intake Cause Negative Side Effects To Breast Cancer Patients?
Do you know of any possible negative side effects from taking L-Carnosine 250MG? I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and want to make sure all of my supplements are OK to continue taking. Most I am comfortable with, but just not sure of this one
L-carnosine is a natural molecule that have antioxidant effects and also has anticancerous effect as it regulates the level of some receptors that tend to increase in cancer states. Saying this you can take the supplement safely.
Some adverse effects are insomnia or agitation, but as i understand you are taking L-carnosine from some times now. If this is correct, and you didn’t have any of these side effects by now, than I think it’s not a concern anymore.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Olsi Taka,
