Does Lamotrigine Help In Preventing Seizures?

Lamotrigine was prescribed for pt with glioblastoma with history of seizures pt is extremely fatigued on keppra dr wants to put him on Lamotrigine gradually before getting off keppra-will fatigue be improved on Lamotrigine & will it prevent seizures? pt is 68 yeARS OLD

Lamotrigine treats seizure and it should not cause tiredness ,but in rare cases tiredness it can be a side effect of this medication.
