Does Lanolin Cause Dandruff And Itchy Scalp?
I have been using a hair dressing for years, called Master Well Comb each time I wash my head, which usually once a week and it works well. Not greasy or oilly, etc., but a big reason is because it contains lanolin. Lately I have been having dandruff, and my scalp is itching. Could this be from the lanolin in this hair dressing? Thanks Gerald

It is not related to Lanolin.
As of now you can use ketoconazole shampoo for symptomatic relief,
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
