HELLO,I WAS WAS PUT ON LEVAQUIN 750 ON JAN 19.FOR PNEUMONIA,ABOUT 5 DAYS INTO TAKING THE LEVAQUIN I STARTED HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY LEFT LEG.PAIN AROUND THE KNEE CAP AND THE BACK OF THE KNEE.AFTER SITTING FOR A SHOT PERIOD I HAVE TROUBLE WALKING ON IT.IS THERE A CONNECTION WITH THIS LEVAQUIN?????
Hello! I have been through your question. Related your concern I think that this situation could be more possible due to taking levaquin 750.You should know that levofloxacin could have as a major side effects pain, inflammation, or swelling in the calves of the legs, shoulders, or hands, including tendon rupture or swelling of the tendon (tendinitis).I suggest to stop exercising, rest, and get medical help right away if you develop joint/muscle/tendon pain or swelling. I hope my answer helps you, I wish you a quick recovery.
