Does Levofloxacin Cause Internal Bleeding?

I ate a lot of rasberries last night for desert and today had specks of red in my stool with lots of red on the toilet paper and almost no brown stool, should I be concerned? I am an ED scribe so know what GI bleeding looks like and it does not smell that intense like GI bleeds usually do. Also, I am taking Levofloxacin 500 mg daily for sinus infection, would this cause internal bleeding?

now since you know how bleeding per rectum looks like and smells like than you should not worry and be sure that it’s raspberries that you had a night before

drink lots of water for the redness to be flushed out
