Does Lidocaine Injections Cause Tingling And Burning Sensation In The Legs?

my grandmother 78, 5 1 95lbs with long history of COPD received injection of Rocephin for chronic fever after Levaquin 500mg X 7days. Shortly after the injection, she started complaining of tingling and burning in her legs and fingers. Is this related to the lidocaine in the injection?
