Does Lisinopril Help Lower Hypertension?

Yes; I appreciate your help. My question to you is the following: Are there any natural ways (alternative methods) I can engage in (like taking certain supplements; weight loss; drinking more fresh water) instead of taking Lisinopril with HTCZ 20 - 25 MG in order to lower my blood pressure and get rid of excess water and salt ? Thank you for your help. Sincere regards; B.P.C.

Hi & Welcome.
Yes, it does help lower high BP.

Lisinopril is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor and is most commonly prescribed to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) & congestive heart failure.

It helps lowing high blood pressure.

There's as such no natural way to lower high BP. However, certain lifestyle changes like dietary salt reduction, avoiding stress, smoking and alcohol and daily physical exercise can help in lowering the high BP along with the prescribed medications such as Lisinopril.

Hop I could answer your query.
Best regards.
