Does Lysine Interact With Cefadroxil?

I have been taking lysine for acne break outs. I last took some at 4 am. It doesn t seem to be working. Can I take cefadroxil without causing damage to my kidneys or liver if I ve waited 12 hours? I ve read that lysine can interact with antibiotics, but I don t know how long I need to wait.

But 12 hours time is sufficient enough to take antibiotics.
So no need to worry for drug interactions, you can take cefadroxil.
Along with cefadroxil, you should also apply clindamycin cream on acne. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
