Does Magnesium Oxide Cause Bowel Urge Incontinence?
I have always taken Mag oxide w/ calcium, years. I have always been constipated on and off. I am now 85 yrs old. I decided to stop taking the calcium. And take only Mag oxide. I am now going on a regular basis, but I find I always have a feeling to go to the bathroom. could the mag oxide be causing this feeling. Yes I do have to go, but 3 times a day. I m wondering if I am doing the right thing.
