Does Malarone Cause Constipation?

I recently traveled to Uganda africa (I was there for two weeks and I came back January 5). I have been taking Malarone. My last pill will be tomorrow. The last 4 days I have been very constipated (I am usually never constipated). Is this a side effect of Malarone and how long will it last after I stop taking it (tomorrow)?
