Does Meloxicam Interact Well With Other Medicines?

Does Meloxicam interaact well with other medications ? I am 76 years old male with numerous ailments and taking various medications. I am trying to be active and so any and most activities I do, results in some pain afterwards.

Meloxicam is a NSAID and it interacts with multiple drugs.
Since many medications contain pain relievers/fever reducers (aspirin, NSAIDs such as celecoxib, ibuprofen, or ketorolac) and all these drugs are similar to meloxicam; it may increase your risk of side effects if taken together.
Also, meloxicam increases the risk of bleeding if taken with anti-platelet drugs (clopidogrel) or blood thinners like dabigatran/enoxaparin/warfarin. Hence it would be better if you make a list of drugs you take and consult your physician regarding their effects when taken together with meloxicam.
