Does Meprate Cause Any Complications During Pregnancy?

Hi.. I m 23 years old yet to get married. But I had irregular periods.. I didn t get past 2 months. So doc recommend to take meprate 10 mg for 4 Months.. 5 tablets for 5 days.. each month. Does it cause any prob during pregnancy. After marriage? Will it affect them?
