Meprate medication is composed of 'Medroxyprogesterone acetate'. It is a female hormone that helps to regulate ovulation is also used to correct menstrual disorders.
During its intake, it can have certain side effects like weight gain, breast tenderness, hot flashes, joint pain, headache, nausea and vomiting. Since you have got the period now, it should have corrected the hormonal imbalance and your should become regular.
Kindly follow the instructions as advised by your doctor and do the necessary follow-up as advised.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Ashakiran S,
