Does Methotrexate Interact With Ibuprofen?
I just took my weekly dose of methotrexate 6 hours ago, 17.5mg (I am alo receiving remicade via infusion every four weeks for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis) -- I have a headache now. Can I safely take ibuprofen? How long until it is safe to do so?

Methotrexate does not interact with ibuprofen.
However, keep in mind that you might feel severe gastritis if both the drugs are taken together.
You can take antacids like omeprazole along with them to prevent gastritis related problems.
