Does Micropil Cause Missed Periods And Spotting?

lhi. im using micropill for two months. but on my 1st month off the pill i only got very light spotting for two days. and on the 2nd months only spotting again instead of menstruation... why it happens likw that? i took thw pills regulary with no missed. thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
If you're taking the actual micropil, then it contains only Progestogen. Then experiencing spotting at any time while you are on it can be unpredictable and is just one of the side effects associated by taking it.
In case you are not comfortable with its use, you may consult Gynecologist and choose an appropriate mode of contraception which would suit you.
