Does Mirena Cause Severe Abdominal Pain, Spotting, Headaches And Constipation?

The past two weeks I have had extreme abdominal pain , light spotting ( I have a mirena) vomiting constipation, headaches, and now EXTREME BLOATING AND LIGHT HEADEDNESS. Could this be related to the mirena having a problem or maybe even an ectopic pregnancy?

I understand your concern.
What symptoms you are having could be due to side effects of birth control pills what you are using. However, ectopic pregnancy could also present with such symptoms.
Kindly confirm that it is not due to ectopic pregnancy by undergoing ultrasound abdominal scan.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with report for appropriate management.
In case it s due to side effect of drug, you need to change the mode of contraception according to what would suit you the best.
