As per your complain Skinlite cream is a Steroid based cream that can initially show good results by fastly reducing dark spots but in case if used for long term that is sometimes in a month or so also it can cause side effects like skin darkening, pimples rashes, skin thinning, increased facial hair and swollen veins under skin.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist before using this cream.. He can advise you to start a short term course of it followed by tapered method to stop using.. He can also advise you other safer creams that will help in reducing dark spots like Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.. Vitamin E creams are also beneficial.. You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin.. Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when going out in sun.. Drink plenty of water, take Vitamin C supplements..
