I am 26 years old suffering with Ankylosing spondylitis My medication SAAZ 500 MG 2 PER DAY (Morning & night) Predmet 4mg 2mg per day pantosec 40mg 1per day (Morning) Folvite 1 per day(Afternoon) Calten D 1 PER DAY (NIGHT) When there is pain using movon 100mg is this medication fine or need to change anything Can u pls tell some diet plan
