does Nan formula cause chest infection in children?
my baby gal is now 2years, she was on nan formula for 6mnths and her granny change her to lactogene , she had brochilitis and last week she ws admitted to hospital for pnuemonia but she was treated well. but her granny said its because of nan formula...how true is that?

Hello, Nan by itself does not cause pneumonia or bronchitis. However I would advice you to change to cows milk since at 2 yrs it is not necessary to be on nan or other formulas.I would also advice to increase your daughter solid intake and to decrease the intake of milk.At this age I would restrict milk to around 250 ml and concentrate on home made solid food.thanks
