Kindly advise me further course of action wehther I should continue to take these injections or not. Thanking you Hassan iftikhar
Big shots and new debilitation cause stress that often cause sleeplessness. WHile every drug is associated with sleeplessness, it is not more than if the drug were fake in the case of most vitamins. Vitamin B12 is often associated wtih increassed energy because it is BRIGHT RED. Demonstrably it HAS NO REAL EFFECT IN THE MAJORITY OF THOSE GIVEN IT BECAUSE THEIR BLOOD LEVEL OF B12 WAS NORMAL TO BEGIN WITH AND DOESN"T CHANGE WITH THE SHOT. It just isn't common to have a b12 deficiency. If the level isn't low, giving more makes about as much sense and trying to repair a car with a full gas tank that isn't going by giving it more gasoline. Anxiety and stress often cause sleep problems.
