I have high blood pressure. I am fighting a horrible head and chest cold as we speak. I took Nyquil last night before bed and about 1/2 hour later i had to sit straight up in bed because i started having bad heart palpatations and my heart started to race. Itoly lasted a few minutes. I layed back down and 5 minutes later it did it again. Eventually i could no longer fight the nyquil and went to sleep. Do you think it was the Nyquil that caused it?
