Hello,

Thanks for asking a question at HCM

I will be glad to answer it for you.

I have gone through your history and I understand your concern.

PCOD occurs when there is an Insulin resistance in the body, and you will not have right ovulation, and for such patients infertility is the common complaint. That means getting pregnancy is difficult.

But, once you are pregnant, there is no contraindication to continue pregnancy even if you have pcod. so, go ahead, with strict obs monitoring.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards

Dr Chaithanya
