Does Panadol Cause Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Hi doctor. I m 20 years old and currently in bali and dont have insurence so you are my last hope. I came down with a stomach flu. But yesterday i got alot of discharge with an ammonia smell and bleeding. I am due for my period so i just thought it was that... but it stopped today and the smell has basically gone along with the bleeding and discharge. I have been taking alot of antibiotics and panadol to help with the body aches. Would that have anything to do with this weird period?
