Treating H.Pylori requires a combination of drugs known as triple therapy to remove that from gastric mucosa. Generally are used two antibiotics and a Protonic pump inhibitor such as omeprazole or pantoprazole you are already using. I would recommend you Amoxicillin+Metronidazole+Pantoprazole(pantocid) for two weeks. In most of the cases this therapy has a lot of success and removes Helicobacter Pylori. Take the drugs under instructions of their leaflets or ask the pharmacist to explain how to take them. Always drink a glass of water to diminish side effects of the drugs.
